The Verizon Foundation supports the personal philanthropic investments made by Verizon employees and retirees by making contributions to the organizations where our employees donate their time and money. Choose from the list below to see what incentive program is best for you and follow the steps.

  • Team Incentive Program (TIP) – Teams of 10 or more employees who collectively raise funds for a qualified nonprofit or public school can apply for a grant that matches their fundraising, up to $10,000 per event location.

  • Matching Incentive Program (MIP) – Employees and retirees can have their contributions matched in one or more categories of giving that meet eligibility criteria.

  1. Make a monetary donation
  2. Register your donation at the web address below
  3. Instruct non-profit organization to confirm receipt of donation
  4. MIP checks are mailed quarterly
