MEMBERS OF THE MONTH

BUDDIE OF THE MONTH

Mr. Leonardo P.

Leo is 8 years old and attends Franklin Elementary School. He is in the 3rd grade, and his favorite subject is Math. He likes math because he finds multiplication easy to comprehend. When Leo grows up, he wants to become a police officer. He wants to become a cop because they fight crime, and get free donuts! Some of his favorite things to do at the Club are swim and play in the gym. He also likes Power Hour because he gets to complete his homework early and on time. Leo has a great personality and a great energy for life.

JUNIOR OF THE MONTH

Mr. Reggie M.

Reggis is 12 years old and attends Burnet Middle School. He is in the 7th grade and his favorite subject is Math. He credits his Mother, who works for a bank, for his math skills. His favorite sports to play are basketball, soccer, and skateboarding. His favorite activities at the club are Power Hour, Ping-Pong, and socializing with friends. When Reggie grows up, he wants to be a Professional Musician. Reggie has grown up around music, and it’s always been a part of his family. At 12 years old, he can already play the drums, guitar, bass and he even sings! Reggie describes himself as a unique individual. He follows his own dreams, makes his own path, and he definitely stands out from the rest.

TEEN OF THE MONTH

Ms. Dai Yah T.

Dai Yah is 14 years old and is an 8th grade student at Burnet Middle School. Dai Yah is an acid reader and her fovorite subject is English. When she grows up, Dai Yah wants to be a Marine Biologist. She has always been fascinated by the water and what lies beneath it. Her favorite activitiy at the club is the gym activities. Her favorite sport to play is football. She also enjoys finding a quiet spot in the Teen Center to read and do work. Dai Yah is an all around kind individual we are proud to call Teen of the Month.
