We are now accepting registrations for the 2012-2013 School Year. Please register as soon as possible, spots are limited!
2012-2013 Hillside After-School Program Registration Application
Program Sites:
AP Morris Elementary School (Pre-K 4, Kindergarten & 1st Grade)
Calvin Coolidge Elementary School (2nd Grade)
Hurden Looker Elementary School (3rd & 4th Grades)
George Washington Elementary School (5th Grade)
Walter O. Krumbeigel (6th-8th Grade)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
*On school half day sessions, the program will be conducted from time of dismissal until 6:30pm.
*The program will not be conducted when school is closed.
Fees:
1st Child – $175.00 per month
2nd Child – $160.00 per month
3rd Child – $145.00 per month
How to register before September:

Registrations and payments must be handed in at the Union Club location (1050 Jeanette Ave, Union NJ)
How to register during the school year:
-
Print out the online application and return it with payment to the after-school program at the school your child attends after 3:30pm
OR
-
Visit the after-school program at the school your child attends & pick up an application there after 3:30pm.
*DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL WITH THE APPLICATION AND A CHECK*
Your child cannot begin until the day after forms & payment has been received
Please confirm if payment check for the aftercare program can be mailed to you.

How do we receive a receipt for the payment?
Hello Mr. Nwosu, you can make payment at the Union Club location or over the phone by credit card, but the applications need to be filled out once again. These are available online here or at the Union Club as well.
I received your letter regarding the 2012/2013 registration. However, because i have 3 children i am not sure how to apply the $25 discount to my September payment. Based on the current rate increase i am expected to pay $475 collectively for all my kids. In your letters, you informed that i have a credit of $75 in my account, so for this particular payment period and the subsiquent rebate, please advise exactly how much i am expected to pay with explanations on how the rebate was applied to my balance estimate.
